Meet the Team:

Kevin Johnson, President: Prior to assuming the role as organization leader, Kevin oversaw Acxiom Digital's product and technology organizations as well as services operations. Before joining Acxiom Digital, Johnson was the senior vice president of client services at Netcentives, a leading provider of relationship marketing technology and services. Kevin managed all aspects of Netcentives' email marketing group, formerly Post Communications. Johnson also spent six years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he provided strategic and operating expertise to leading multinational companies. Johnson holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Michael Gorman, Senior Vice President, Search & Acquisition: Michael Gorman oversees Acxiom Digital's Marketing Services organization. Marketing Services builds online direct marketing programs for DI customers, programs that leverage Acxiom Digital's creative, analytic, media buying, and search marketing expertise across email, search, and other online and offline channels. He started with Acxiom Digital in 2003, initially to lead the company's expansion into search marketing. Previous endeavors have included helping to build several successful businesses: Mitchell Madison Group, a global professional services company, where he led a division serving the media and communications industries; US Web/CKS, where he directed strategy for the Western US; and ESPN, where as Senior Vice President he pioneered new technologies for managing advertising inventory. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Chris Marriott, Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Region: Chris Marriott brings a wealth of experience in Strategic Planning and Interactive Marketing to Acxiom Digital. Prior to joining Acxiom Digital, Chris was the Managing Director of the Wilton, Connecticut office of Euro RSCG 4D (formerly Euro RSCG Circle), where he managed the transformation of the office from a tactical software services provider to a full-service interactive marketing agency working with a diverse group of clients including MasterCard International, IBM, H.J. Heinz and AOL. During preceding stints at THINK New Ideas and Frankfurt Balkind Partners Chris worked on a "who's who" roster of clients including Avon, Gillette, Procter & Gamble, International Paper, Sony, Gartner Group, General Motors, Seagate, and Sharp Electronics. Chris holds a B.A. in music and history from Dartmouth College.

Jim Soss, Vice President and General Manager, Western Region: Jim Soss is an interactive marketing veteran with extensive experience in email marketing. As the leader of a sales and service organization, Jim's ultimate goal is to help our clients grow and maintain more profitable relationships with their customers. Prior to joining Acxiom Digital, Soss spent several years with infoUSA/Yesmail in leadership roles within business operations, client services and professional consultancy. During this time his teams established a proven track record of driving meaningful results for clients. Jim also has an extensive background in enterprise software and previously served as an executive with Innovia, an interactive marketing agency, and Pansophic Systems, a pioneer within the software industry. Jim holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with high honors distinction from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

Charlie Speight, Vice President, Product Management: Charlie has over ten years of experience developing digital marketing and content management solutions. Prior to leading Product Management, Charlie was Acxiom Digital's Director of Client Engineering, working closely with clients to develop advanced email personalization programs and deep integration within the IMPACT platform. Before joining Acxiom, Charlie served as Vice President of Professional Services for Heartbeat Software and Vice President of Interactive Services for Jupiter Media Metrix. He holds a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there, he worked at SunSITE, a pioneering site from the early days of the World Wide Web, and helped launch the simulcast of WXYC, the first radio station to broadcast live on the Internet.

Tony Espiritu, Vice President, Marketing Operations: Tony is a seasoned general manager with 18 years of successful startup and established company experience. For 6 years, Tony worked for Acxiom Digital, performing the various duties of Senior Director of Product Marketing, Senior Director of Professional Services, Director of Business Development and Director of Product Management. Prior to Acxiom Digital, Tony was Director of Product Management at Vantive, where he managed the team responsible for product management and product marketing support for Vantive's flagship product line. Previous to that, he lent his talents to Quantum, PeopleSoft, Wyse Technology and Ford Aerospace. Tony earned his M.B.A from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, and received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Stanford.
